if you consume isolated sugar for the first two-thirds of your day and avoid:
starch
fat
protein (or perhaps just have very small amounts, such as a little bit of milk or gelatine)
you can, in my experience, eat almost as much of it as you like and not only avoid gaining weight but actually lose it quite effortlessly with zero harm done to your metabolism
sugars that work for me: honey, white table sugar, sweet juicy non-starchy fruit, fruit juice (OJ, pomegranate juice), sugary coffee, things like homemade marmalade or jams with no toxic additives
