There are several convenient indicators of the metabolic rate--the daily temperature cycle and pulse rate (the temperature should rise after breakfast), the amount of water lost by evaporation, and the speed of relaxation of muscles (Achilles reflex relaxation).

life, love, action, business shouldn’t feel difficult. a well-functioning metabolism makes challenges child’s play. when you fix your metabolism, you gain unlimited energy that makes life and action effortless and turns hard work into fun.
i can’t remember the last time i broke a sweat. life, love, revenue come easily to me. you have no idea how much easier life, work, and action become when your body generates enough energy to support it.
metabolism comes first. when you prioritise your metabolism, anything becomes possible. only then… the world is your oyster.

sugar provides you with the energy necessary to reduce stress, allowing you to relax and fall asleep. calcium and sugar (a scoop of clean ice cream) before bed has been my favourite sleepy hack.

what makes coconut oil different?
coconut oil is 60-65% MCTs. Unlike other fats, MCTs are quickly and easily burned for energy. the body treats them more like carbs than fats. this quick burning effect is what causes an increase in metabolic rate.
additionally, coconut oil promotes glucose metabolism. it pairs well with carbs.
